Information submitted through the form
The form can collect a name, work email, business name, website, phone, location, selected business category, the problem described, calculator inputs, and campaign parameters present in the page URL.
Why it is collected
The information is used to create and organize an inquiry in the internal Orbit OS lead system so a human can review the request and decide the next action.
Owner review still required
Retention, deletion, access requests, legal contact information, and a final privacy policy require an owner-approved policy and jurisdiction-specific review.
